Nous n'utilisons ni cookies, ni outils de suivi ou d'analyse, ni polices ou scripts de tiers. Seul votre choix de langue est enregistré localement dans votre navigateur.
3. Finalité et base légale
Les données servent exclusivement à commander en votre nom les billets offerts par apps.lu pour l'ExpoGast 2026 et à vous les faire parvenir. Base légale : votre consentement (art. 6, par. 1, a RGPD) et l'exécution du service demandé (art. 6, par. 1, b RGPD).
4. Destinataires
Les données des participants sont transmises à l'organisateur Luxexpo The Box et à sa billetterie afin d'émettre les billets nominatifs, qui sont envoyés par e-mail. Notre hébergeur Hetzner Online GmbH (centres de données dans l'UE) agit en tant que sous-traitant. Aucune donnée n'est vendue ni utilisée à des fins publicitaires.
5. Durée de conservation
Les données sont supprimées automatiquement au plus tard le 28.02.2027. Le traitement des données par l'organisateur relève de sa propre politique de confidentialité.
6. Sécurité
Transmission chiffrée (HTTPS), accès aux données limité à l'équipe apps.lu authentifiée, serveurs dans l'UE.
7. Vos droits
Vous pouvez à tout moment demander l'accès, la rectification, l'effacement ou la limitation de vos données, vous opposer au traitement et retirer votre consentement avec effet pour l'avenir : info@apps.lu. - Teilnehmer: Vorname, Nachname, E-Mail, optional Telefon, Profil (Fachbesucher/Privat), Ticketart und Besuchstag.
- Zeitpunkt und Version Ihrer Einwilligung.
Wir setzen keine Cookies, keine Tracking- oder Analysetools und keine Schriften oder Skripte von Drittanbietern ein. Lediglich Ihre Sprachauswahl wird lokal in Ihrem Browser gespeichert.
3. Zweck und Rechtsgrundlage
Die Daten dienen ausschließlich dazu, die von apps.lu gestellten Tickets für die ExpoGast 2026 in Ihrem Namen zu bestellen und Ihnen zukommen zu lassen. Rechtsgrundlage: Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) sowie die Erbringung der angefragten Leistung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
4. Empfänger
Die Teilnehmerdaten werden an den Veranstalter Luxexpo The Box und dessen Ticketsystem übermittelt, damit die personalisierten Tickets ausgestellt und per E-Mail versendet werden. Unser Hoster Hetzner Online GmbH (Rechenzentren in der EU) ist als Auftragsverarbeiter tätig. Eine Weitergabe zu Werbezwecken oder ein Verkauf der Daten findet nicht statt.
5. Speicherdauer
Die Daten werden spätestens am 28.02.2027 automatisch gelöscht. Für die Verarbeitung beim Veranstalter gilt dessen eigene Datenschutzerklärung.
6. Sicherheit
Verschlüsselte Übertragung (HTTPS), Zugriff nur für das angemeldete apps.lu-Team, Server in der EU.
7. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben jederzeit das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Widerspruch sowie Widerruf Ihrer Einwilligung mit Wirkung für die Zukunft: info@apps.lu. - Attendees: first name, last name, email, optionally phone, profile (trade/private), ticket type and day of visit.

We use no cookies, no tracking or analytics tools and no third-party fonts or scripts. Only your language choice is stored locally in your browser.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The data is used solely to order the ExpoGast 2026 tickets offered by apps.lu on your behalf and to get them to you. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the provision of the requested service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Recipients
Attendee data is passed to the organiser Luxexpo The Box and its ticketing system so that personal tickets can be issued and emailed. Our host Hetzner Online GmbH (data centres in the EU) acts as processor. Data is never sold or used for advertising.
5. Retention
The data is deleted automatically on 28.02.2027 at the latest. Processing by the organiser is governed by its own privacy policy.
6. Security
